Damaged Goods & Returns

DAMAGED ITEMS:
When your orders arrives, please inspect the package for any shipping damage. Please note that the box will almost always show some wear, but if damage affects the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 1-855-207-9663 or contact@tinyhumansupply.com.

We'll request your order number, email address, shipping address, and phone number. If emailing, a picture of the box and/or product damage is very helpful! Please retain the shipping box, packing materials, and damaged items in case we need to provide them to the carrier as proof of damage during transit.

RETURNS
PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM AN AUTHORIZED RETAILER OR WEBSITE: If you purchased a Tiny Human Supply item from an authorized retail store or website, please refer to that store’s return policies and contact them directly for specific information.

Please note that customers are not authorized to resell products in online markets, auction sites etc. We, therefore, cannot endorse the quality of any products purchased from such unauthorized vendors.

PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM THIS SITE: If you purchased a Tiny Human Supply item from this site, return requests are accepted up to 60 days after your product ships by calling 1-855-207-9663 or email at contact@tinyhumansupply.com.
We'll need your order number, email address, shipping address, and phone number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund with 10 days, please first contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at (855) 207-9663 or contact@tinyhumansupply.com.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
